Karnataka Election 2023: AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi launched a scathing assault on former Congress President Sonia Gandhi, saying he did not expect her to campaign for BJP defector Jagadish Shettar, whom he referred to as a "RSS man."

As the invitation opens, one will see a full photo of a smiling Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on page two. Rahul's mother Sonia Gandhi has also made it in the invitation, who appears with a sense of fulfilment.

Rahul Gandhi has been living in the bungalow for nearly two decades. After shifting his office, he started living with his mother and Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi at her 10, Janpath residence, sources said.

Earlier in the month of January, the 76-year-old Congress leader was admitted to the hospital for treatment of viral respiratory infection.

The Congress leader said that she was raised by two brave and strong women, her grandmother Indira Gandhi and her mother, Sonia Gandhi, at a women-centric convention organised by the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee in the state.

Sonia Gandhi has been unwell since Tuesday which is why Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had returned to Delhi after walking seven kilometres in the Bharat Jodo Yatra that entered Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday evening.

While on stage, the Gandhi siblings were seen sharing happy moments together. Priyanka Gandhi praised her brother Rahul Gandhi for his endurance despite 'all forces being used against' him a speech.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said, "Rahul Gandhi said that our fight is against the RSS and BJP's policies and programmes. It will go on. We have the ability to defend the Constitution. They are destroying the Constitution and undermining democracy's foundations, and the country will not tolerate it."

Last week, the Rajasthan High Court had rejected a petition seeking the quashing of an Enforcement Directorate investigation into the purchase of land in Bikaner by a company (Skylight Hospitality), linked to Vadra and his mother, through alleged shady means.
