Ahead of the CLP meeting Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that the meeting will be held today and will hand over the report to the high command after which the high command will take its time to declare the name of the CM.

AICC general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala said the meeting will be held at 5.30 pm on Sunday and all MLAs will take part in it. The Congress already instructed the new members to arrive in Bengaluru on Saturday itself.

Siddaramaih said the visits of PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda have had no impact on the voters of Karnataka.
