Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, round-the-clock efforts are underway to revitalize religious sites, ensuring that pilgrims from across the globe can experience the grandeur of Mahakumbh in line with its ancient traditions.

The CM made these remarks during a public address in Maharajganj, where he inaugurated 505 development projects totaling Rs 940 crore and unveiled the newly constructed office building of Nagar Panchayat Chowk Bazar.

The Yogi government is rapidly preparing for Mahakumbh 2025 with a 15.25 km riverfront along the Ganga in Prayagraj, designed to ease traffic and enhance the visitor experience. The project, nearing completion, includes amenities like selfie points, and eateries, and boosts local employment.

During a state-level meeting on Thursday (Oct 24), Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath provided key instructions to government and administrative officers on ensuring smooth festival celebrations, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding law and order. The meeting included Divisional Commissioners, District Magistrates, senior police officials, and other high-ranking officers.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 1,950 youths selected by the UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission, including 1,526 Gram Panchayat Officers, 360 Gram Vikas Officers, and 64 Social Welfare Supervisors, ahead of Diwali, bringing joy and prosperity to the newly appointed officers and their families.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honoured Pt. Ram Kinkar Upadhyay at the 'Bhavanjali' program, marking his birth centenary. He praised Ram Kinkar's contributions to Sanatan Dharma, emphasizing the need to preserve his legacy and teachings. The event also highlighted the significance of his narratives in Indian culture.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized the strides made in investment and industrial development. He noted that when his government took office in 2017, the investment climate was dismal. However, Uttar Pradesh is now setting new benchmarks for investment.

The training, which runs until December, is being conducted in two batches over a span of 21 days. It emphasizes not only security measures, but also a polite and helpful approach, with the aim of ensuring that pilgrims leave Mahakumbh with memorable and pleasant experiences.

With Maha Kumbh 2025 approaching, Prayagraj is bustling with devotees and tourists. The Yogi government ensures smooth preparations, while early visitors perform rituals for their ancestors. The city, now a spiritual hub, is seeing increased enthusiasm from both locals and international pilgrims.

As excitement builds, people from across India and around the globe are eagerly anticipating this year’s Deepotsav, which marks the first celebration following the consecration (Pran Pratishtha) of the idol of Shri Ramlala.
