Coming down heavily on three political families for the second consecutive day, even taking their names, the home minister alleged that their rules were full of misgovernance, corruption and lack of development.

The hospital will admit 100 students for MBBS course and 60 students for nursing courses every year. Modi will also address a public meeting at Luhnu ground in Bilaspur. The prime minister will later participate in the historic Kullu Dussehra celebrations.

The amendments will pave the way for further expansion of FM radio and entertainment to Tier-III cities in the country and help private FM radio industry to fully leverage the economies of scale.

On October 5, PM Modi will dedicate the AIIMS in Bilaspur to people. AIIMS Bilaspur constructed at a cost of more than Rs 1470 crore, is a state-of-the-art hospital with 18 speciality and 17 super speciality departments, 18 modular operation theatres and 750 beds with 64 ICU beds.

During a five-hour meeting of the Council of Ministers on Friday, which all secretaries also attended in the Union government, Modi cited the case of the NSCS's earlier warning about the reliance on imported Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) used in drug manufacturing.

Every year, Gandhi Jayanti is observed on October 2 to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, who dedicated his life to India's struggle for independence. A preacher of non-violence (Ahimsa), Gandhi's birthday is also observed as the International Day of Non-Violence, adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2007.

The hospital, with a 2,600-bed capacity, is spread across 130-acres of land, and is claimed to be Asia's largest private hospital. In north India, it will serve not only the people of Faridabad and Haryana, but also the entire population of Delhi-NCR and the adjoining states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan, as well as other states in North and North-East India

In 2014, 1GB of data used to cost Rs 300 but now it has come to Rs 10. "Internet users now consume 14GB per month. This used to cost Rs 4,200 per month in 2014. But now it costs somewhere between Rs 125 to Rs 150," PM Modi said.

He said that during his interaction with the railway staff at Kashi, he learnt that poor people were using Vande Bharat trains as they provide more luggage space and reduce the travel time that help them recover the ticket cost.

The operators are not looking at higher tariffs for 5G services initially. Instead, they are likely to upgrade users of certain 4G tariff plans to 5G. This can be done easily as no change of SIM card is required for the upgrade, as was the case in migrating from 3G to 4G.
