The body of Sujith Wilson, who had fallen in a borewell in Tamil Nadi four days ago, was retrieved early this morning. The funeral of Sujith has started.
 

Two-year-old Sujith Wilson’s decomposed body was fished out of the borewell into which he had fallen on October 25. The body was so decomposed that the family couldn’t even get a glimpse of the toddler.  

Family members of two-year-old Sujith Wilson mourned his death as they prepared for his funeral. The toddler fell into a borewell on October 25 and was stuck there for over 80 hours. Despite rescue operations, a foul smell emanated from the borewell confirming that the child had died. 

Two-year-old Sujith Wilson who had fallen into a borewell on October 25 was found dead inside. His body was fished out with the help of National Disaster Response Force. Government officials and rescue workers were working continuously for over 80 hours to retrieve the child.

Over 10 persons so far have suffered injuries due to bursting of crackers. The victims comprise people who lit up fireworks and bystanders. Realising that there will be emergencies during Deepawali, Minto Eye Hospital deputed extra staff for round the clock treatment.

It has been 65 hours since the incident. Rescue operation of the two-year-old Sujith Wilson is still underway in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
