FINA investigates Russian swimmer Evgeny Rylov competing in national championships despite being bannedfor attending a rally in support of Moscow's invasion of Ukraine.

Evgeny Rylov stood on stage with medalists from other Olympic sports at the event last month and wore a jacket with a “Z” on the chest.

The missile system, which weighs 200 tonnes, has the highest tactical and technical characteristics and is capable of overcoming all modern means of anti-missile defence.

The Ukrainian soldier was fired at by Russian soldiers, but he survived thanks to his phone, which took all of the damage from the 7.62 millimetre bullet that was aimed at the soldier. The gunshot was still lodged in the phone.

"I offer to the Russian Federation that you swap this person of yours for our lads and girls who are presently being detained in Russian custody," President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an early morning address on Wednesday.

While warning the West, Putin stated that it is impossible to isolate Russia.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Russian military would shift to larger operations in the east of their state.

Biden was speaking at the USS Delaware Commemoration Ceremony on Saturday, when he praised his wife, current First Lady Jill Biden. "I'm tremendously pleased of the job she [Jill] is doing as First Lady with the Joining Forces effort she launched with Michelle Obama while she was Vice President and now carries on," Biden says in the video.

The conference will take place in Brussels. Georgia, Finland, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the Republic of Korea have also been invited, according to the Kyiv Independent.

The meetings had a "serious debate," according to chief negotiator Vladimir Medinsky, and Ukrainian recommendations will be presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
