"Taking a dowry for marriage is pointless. Only if you marry you will be able to have children. What happens to childbirth when a man marries another man?" Kumar said.

"We've contacted about 17,000 people, and I'm going to meet with them. People from all castes and with various profiles have met with me. My first announcement is that I will meet with these folks in the coming days to learn about their vision for Bihar's growth and how it may be realised," he added.
