According to Dr Rajesh Mishra, Deputy Curator of the museum, the Amrit Kalash will be a major attraction for devotees from India and abroad, with plans to develop it as a selfie point. Reflecting the mythological significance of Mahakumbh, the Amrit Kalash installation is set to be a memorable highlight of this grand event.

This display aims to capture the attention of devotees and tourists from across India and abroad, offering them a unique glimpse into the nation’s proud history amid the spiritual festivities of Mahakumbh.

Devotees arriving in Prayagraj and local priests who have witnessed previous Kumbhs are calling the scale of development "nothing short of a marvel." They attribute the sweeping changes to CM Yogi's administration.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the upcoming Prayagraj Maha Kumbh, set to take place this year after a 12-year interval, will be more divine and grander than all previous Kumbh festivals.

For the 2025 Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, a new Rs 495 crore railway bridge over the Ganga will ease transportation for 10 crore pilgrims arriving by train. The 2,700-meter double-track bridge, to be operational by December, will reduce rail traffic pressure and eliminate delays, ensuring a smoother journey.

The Maha Kumbh Police has undertaken various initiatives to safeguard the devotees and tourists during the Maha Kumbh, including dividing the event into seven security zones. A key focus is community policing, with targeted efforts to engage youth in maintaining security.

Given the significant influx, approximately 10 crore pilgrims are expected to arrive by train. With such a high volume of passengers expected, Railway NCR is actively preparing to ensure smooth travel and safety for devotees arriving from across the country.

The Yogi Adityanath government is taking massive steps to ensure the health and safety of devotees attending the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. To achieve this, the Health department is setting up advanced medical services, including X-ray, MRI, and lab tests, with a capacity to handle 10 lakh OPD visits and 10,000 IPD admissions.

The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department is introducing mini cruises and speed boats for devotees during Maha Kumbh 2025. This initiative aims to provide a smoother and more enjoyable pilgrimage experience, allowing quicker access to the sacred Sangam for holy baths.

The Yogi government is preparing for Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj, expecting over 40 crore visitors. A comprehensive crowd management plan is in place to ensure smooth movement, designated routes, and minimal walking distances for devotees, especially during peak bathing days.
