As Tesla shares fluctuated on Tuesday, Elon Musk, the new owner of Twitter and CEO of Tesla, saw his net worth fall below $200 billion.Investors sold down Tesla Inc. shares because of concern that Musk, who took control last month, is too focused with Twitter.

Twitter will not allow new accounts to purchase the Blue subscription service for 90 days when it relaunches. This means that users will not be able to instantly verify a new account, reports The Verge.

Elon Musk-owned Twitter has been sued by the land owner of its San Francisco office space as the company has failed to pay its rent. The company was warned about the same on December 16, 2022.

Twitter users started trending #RIPTwitter as the company’s offices have been temporarily closed till November 21 and employees have lost access to the office buildings. This comes as a majority of Twitter employees are likely planning to leave their jobs after Musk's ultimatum to either go 'hardcore' or go home with severance pay.

Elon Musk's Neuralink has received FDA approval for its brain-chip implant technology, aiming to restore vision even in those who have lost their sight. The experimental technology, called Blindsight, could potentially provide low-resolution vision initially, with the possibility of surpassing natural vision in the future.

Last week, Elon Musk fired 50 per cent of Twitter's staff, which is somewhere around 3500. A recent report suggests Musk fired thousands of more employees over the weekend. Twitter hasn’t officially revealed any details related to the recent round of layoffs yet.

Musk shared a picture of the game's CD and credits, which notably included his name under "ground control". He shared that he was a summer intern with a company called 'Rocket Science'.

Twitter, which fired more than 90% of its roughly 200-plus staff in India late last year, closed its offices in New Delhi and Mumbai. As per reports, the Musk-led social media company has shut two of its three offices in India and the staff have been asked to work from home.

Elon Musk, a staunch opponent of open borders, briefly worked illegally in the US in 1995 after leaving Stanford. He overstayed his student visa to launch Zip2, operating without proper authorization for several years before obtaining work authorization around 1997.

Twitter laid off thousands in the recent weeks and all these people are now gearing up to go against its former employer with their own version of social media platforms. There are several alternatives to Twitter available out there and now two former Twitter employees are building another platform and they are calling it “Spill”.
