Elon Musk stepped out for the first time since sealing his 44 billion-dollar deal to buy Twitter last week, accompanied by his mother Maye on the red carpet at the Met Gala 2022.

According to the auditing tool, "accounts on an unusually small number of lists, accounts with no or a non-resolving url in their profile, and accounts with a suspiciously small number of followers were some of the most frequently observed traits of a sample of 2,000 random accounts from the most recent 100,000 accounts that followed Musk."

He promised to pay the balance of the consideration with his own money.

The firm reported that daily active users increased to 229 million in the first quarter ending March 31, up from 199 million the previous year. Analysts had predicted 226.8 million daily active users on average.

The world’s richest man, who is the CEO of Tesla, tweeted that he doesn’t plan any further sales of the company’s shares.
