NASA’s Orion capsule has splashed down in the Pacific Ocean after making an uncrewed voyage around the Moon, winding up the inaugural mission of the US space agency’s Artemis lunar programme 50 years to the day after Apollo’s final Moon landing.

Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa revealed the eight crew members he plans to take on a trip around the moon in 2023 on a SpaceX rocket. Indian actor Dev Joshi, K-pop star TOP, DJ Steve Aoki are among the eight names.

NASA's Artemis spacecraft has successfully arrived at the moon after finally blasting off from Earth last week. The spacecraft also sent back images of Earth looking extremely tiny like a 'pale blue dot' from 230,000 miles( 370149.12 km) away. Check them out.
 

The launch took place at ISRO's Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, and was developed by space start-up Skyroot Aerospace under its mission "Prarambh." The mission, titled "Prarambh" (the beginning), would transport three payloads created by the Armenian BazoomQ Space Research Lab, Chennai-based Space Kids, and Andhra Pradesh-based N Space Tech India, according to a release from Skyroot Aerospace.
