India strengthens its strategic position as Nyoma Advanced Landing Ground (ALG) in Ladakh is set to become the third full-fledged Indian Air Force base in the region.

The first prototype which was supposed to come mid-2023, has been delayed by over 6 months and expected to come by January next year. The 'Zorawar' has been designed to operate in varying terrain from high altitude areas, the marginal terrain, to the Island territories. 

On the Chinese side, the dialogue will be led by the chief of the South Xinjiang military district. This upcoming meeting holds significance in the ongoing efforts to address and manage the dynamics between the two nations in the region.

These upgraded jets feature enhanced combat systems, avionics, and weaponry. Having played crucial roles in conflicts like the Kargil War and the Ladakh standoff, the MiG-29 UPG is poised to handle potential challenges from both Pakistan and China

Divided into two categories, these HMVs are expected to replace older vehicles, enabling better performance in challenging terrains. These HMVs will be essential for transporting heavy equipment and ammunition, ensuring efficiency in challenging terrains.

Defence Ministry has introduced the 'Maya OS,' an indigenous operating system designed to enhance cybersecurity and counteract cyber threats. Developed in collaboration with expert organizations, including DRDO and C-DAC, this OS is set to replace Microsoft Windows across the Defence Ministry's computers.

This corridor serves as a crucial link connecting northeastern states with the rest of India. The deployment covers the entire corridor due to its vulnerability. The border tensions, China's territorial ambitions, and India's defence strategies have prompted this move.
