On April 2, 2026, major cities in Uttar Pradesh like Noida, Lucknow, Agra, Kanpur, and Prayagraj will experience very hot and clear weather. The sky will be mostly clear, so the strong sun will trouble people all day. With very few clouds, the sun's heat will hit the ground directly. The IMD has not issued any warnings for any district, but the heat's impact will clearly be on the rise.

According to the IMD, the weather across UP will remain stable and dry on April 2. Clear skies mean there is no chance of rain or thunderstorms. This is a clear sign that the heat will only increase in the coming days. The effect of hot winds will gradually build up, especially in central and western UP. For now, the IMD does not expect any major weather changes, so the heat pressure will continue.

With the rising heat, everyone needs to be careful. Try to avoid stepping out in the afternoon, especially between 12 PM and 3 PM. Wear light, cotton clothes and drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. Pay special attention to children and the elderly, as they can get affected by the heat quickly. If you must go out, make sure to use sunscreen, a cap, or an umbrella. Even though there's no official warning, the heat's impact can be serious.

As April begins, the heat in Uttar Pradesh has started showing its true intensity. The temperature hitting 36°C to 38°C on April 2 is a sign that the mercury will climb even higher. If the weather remains clear like this, the temperature could touch 40°C in the next 3-5 days. This means people might have to deal with intense heat and 'loo'-like conditions (hot, dry winds) right in the first week of April.
