The Ballari Tuskers got back into it after a shaky start through Devdutt Padikkal (68) and CM Gautam (29), but the Tigers rallied on crowd support to restrict the former champions to 144 all out in 20 overs

The Hubli Tigers now face Belagavi Panthers, the losing side from Qualifier 1, for a spot in the final of KPL 2019 against the Ballari Tuskers

Abhinav Manohar was the only batsman who looked in the nick on the day, scoring an aesthetic 62 not out in 39 balls.

At the end of the league stage in KPL 2019, the Ballari Tuskers finished on top of the table with eight points and Belagavi Panthers ended second with seven points. Shivamogga Lions and the Hubli Tigers finished with six points each. The Lions, however, finished third by virtue of their win over the Tigers in the Bengaluru leg of the tournament. 

Aniruddha Joshi's staggering 125 from 58 balls and a nine-ball 30 from Manjesh Reddy helped the Mysuru Warriors reach their target in the 19th match of the KPL 2019.
 

Arriving for the Mysuru leg without a win under their belt, the pressure was on Amit Verma’s men to deliver. With the support of 2,000-plus people under their sails, they restricted the Tigers to 151/8 in 20 overs before scaling the target, rather nonchalantly, in the 16th over.

 While making it to the playoffs of KPL 2019 with one game left in their league itinerary was in itself a feat, how the Ballari Tuskers got there was the stuff of legends. Gowtham broke records and set the bar high with his 39-ball century and 8 wickets. In Match 14, Belagavi Panthers scored their first win.
 

With the game reduced to 19 overs a side due to rain, Bijapur Bulls put up a below-par 119/7 in their quota of overs despite a fighting 67 from Rajoo Bhatkal. The Tigers, in response, stuttered aplenty before David Mathias (20 not out) struck a boundary and a six off the last two deliveries in the final over to take them through.
