Hyundai Motor India today announced that the new Creta has garnered more than 1 lakh bookings. While bookings for the new Creta opened on January 2, it was launched on January 16.  The Hyundai Creta is the largest-selling mid-size SUV in India, with volumes of 161,653 units in FY24.

Starting April 1, the registration of all vehicles older than 15 years will be cancelled nationwide, effectively rendering them junk and subject to confiscation if found on the road. This decision aims to uphold environmental balance.
