Majid Akhavan, spokesperson for Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization, said in an interview with Mehr News Agency that the country’s airspace has been shut until further notice.
Meanwhile, cellphone services across several parts of Tehran have been disrupted, with calls currently not going through.
