Tetseo Sisters of Nagaland move hearts during Independence Day celebrations with voice
Tetseo Sisters, a known band for folk music from Nagaland captured the attention of people during Independence Day celebrations.
During Independence Day celebrations, among the many videos, one that stood out was that of an all-girl band from Nagaland singing the national anthem.
The Tetseo Sisters troop led by Mütsevelü (Mercy) sang the national anthem as part of Independence Day celebrations. The video which had a message and the rendition of the National Anthem by the folk band was made under the Positive Harmonies’ series of MyGov India social hub, an initiative of the Union government.
