Kottayam Ragging Incident: SFI Protest Leads to Police Action

Following a brutal ragging incident at Kottayam's Government College of Nursing, five senior students were arrested. The SFI organized a protest, demanding action, which escalated when police used water cannons to disperse the crowd. The victims faced severe physical and mental abuse, and authorities are investigating further victims. A viral video of the ragging has intensified the probe under the Kerala Prohibition of Ragging Act.
