Bengaluru girl Niharika wins Yoga World Championship in Bulgaria, makes India proud

Bengaluru: Niharika, who is 10-and-a-half-years-old from Bengaluru, won the first place in Athletic category of International Yoga World Championship held in Europe and has made India proud.

Niharika took part in the Championship and won the first place beating candidates from 16 countries. The event was held in Bulgaria, Europe from June 27 to June 30, this year. Later she took part in National level Yoga competition held at Freedom Park in Bengaluru. Here too she won the first place in the Athletic Yoga section. The third competition she took part in was International Yoga Championship held in Chennai, where she became first runner-up in the Athletic Yoga category.
