Mandya: Amid coronavirus lockdown, a heavily pregnant woman was seen suffering excruciating pain as a private nursing home denied her admission in Mandya, Karnataka. Pregnant woman named Salmabhanu was seen weeping in pain on the road in KR Pete taluk of Mandya district. However, the apathetic Divya Chetana Hospital staff denied admission and told the family members to shift Salma to Mysuru. What was even worse was that Salma's family was told to take her in an ambulance that was in such a poor condition that it needed a push to start the engine. The family members were enraged with the hospital staff.
