The University Grants Commission (UGC) has notified a new regulation to streamline the recognition and grant of equivalence degrees to academic qualifications obtained from foreign educational institutions.

CBSE has said it will be taking strict action against students enrolled in "dummy schools"—institutions where students are registered but rarely attend classes.

CBSE 2023: A senior board official said, "Students are not permitted to bring any electronic devices into the exam centre. This includes using the device to access ChatGPT to avoid using unfair means."

The CBSE compartment theory and practical examinations will be held offline at various country exam centres, per all Covid protocols.
