Headache is tough to feal with. Understanding the various causses for different types of headaches by the different parts of head is crucial to deal with headaches.  Lets look at what your body is hinting with the headache and how to cure it. 

The problem of headaches is quite common; it can happen to anyone. Usually, a headache gets cured on its own or through mild-level treatment, but if you often have a headache, then it becomes necessary to pay serious attention to it. Health experts say sometimes frequent headaches can also be a sign of a serious disease, ignoring which can lead to big risks.

Headaches can be of different types, and their location, intensity, and symptoms can also be different. This is why it becomes important to know about the possible causes of pain in different parts of the head. Even though the head is a small part of the body, the reasons for pain in its different parts can also be different.

Hypertension: Pain in the back of the head

This is the most common type of headache, which causes pain in the back of the head. It is usually caused by strain on the muscles of the neck and scalp. This type of headache is considered quite common in a state of stress.

Studies show that you may also have pain in the back of the head due to the problem of occipital neuralgia. This pain can spread to the upper part of the neck, behind the ears, and eyes. Often this pain feels like pricking or electric shock.

Migraine: Pain on one side of the head (right or left)

Pain on one side of the head is usually considered a sign of migraine. It causes severe pain on one side of the head; along with this, you may also experience nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light or sound. Similarly, in the case of cluster headache, pain occurs in the temple or on one side of the head.

Sinus: Pain around the forehead and face

Pain around the forehead and face is usually considered a headache caused by sinus. In case of pain caused by sinus infection, pressure or pain is felt around the forehead, cheeks, and eyes. Symptoms like nasal congestion and loss of smell may also be felt along with this.

Tension: Pain at the point between the eyebrows:

Pain that you feel on forehead, at the point between two eyebrows is said to be caused by tension. This happens during any tough situations or when things don't go as planned.

Stress: pain at the ends of forehead:

Pain caused at the ends of forehead is caused by stress. This can be due to exams, deadlines or even while going through tough situations in life. Stress is not just about exams or work, it can be caused due to negative self talk or even from the embarrasment of imperfections within us. 

How to deal with Headache:

Hydration is the key. You need to always have sufficient amount of water regularly to stay hydrated throughout the day. 

Stress can cause the most types of headaches. If you can stay away from baseless dramas and bothering things that are out of control, this can also help you deal with headaches. 

Tension can get you nothing but headache. Try to handle things with patience and calmness without getting tensed about the results. Things can not always be under control and it is okay. Tension will not solve your problems.
