Senior TMC MP Saugata Roy on Sunday (January 31) said that Mamata Banerjee will be the chief minister of West Bengal for the third time if the party comes to power in the upcoming polls. He said that there are no talks in the party to appoint Abhishek Banerjee as the next Chief Minister of West Bengal.
