As Ask Atlee trends on Twitter, the Bigil director hinted that that the news of him directing Shah Rukh Khan will be out on November 2 (birthday of Bollywood's Badshah SRK) may have a hint of truth.
Chennai: Atlee is busy with promotion of Vijay starrer Tamil film Bigil. But internet is buzzing with #AskAtlee as fans of Shah Rukh Khan want a confirmation on the news that Atlee will direct Shah Rukh Khan in his next movie.
One of the fans of SRK wrote: PLEASE DON'T DISAPPOINT SRKIANS BY IGNORING US.. PLS SIR ARE YOU DOING A MOVIE WITH SRK OR NOT? on Twitter.
To this, Atlee replied stating: "I have a huge amount of love and respect for #SRK sir and he also loves my work. Soon, hopefully, we will do something about it".
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan has not announced any new projects after his last movie Zero that was released on December 21, 2018. There is speculation that Shah Rukh Khan's project with Atlee, the famous Kollywood director will be announced on November 2, the birthday of Bollywood's badshah.
In one of the interviews during the Bigil promotion, director Harish Shankar spoke about Atlee directing SRK while the Bigil director kept smiling and thanking Harish.
"I am waiting to see Atlee directing Shah Rukh Khan," said Harish.
